Read and accept these terms and conditions fully before playing on our platform. bdesy believes in transparency and fair play.
Bdesy is an online gaming and betting platform serving players from Bangladesh and various countries worldwide. By using our website or mobile app, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read and understand these terms fully before registering with bdesy. If you do not agree with these terms, you may not use our services.
Bdesy is open only to individuals 18 years of age or older. It is your responsibility to ensure that online gaming is legal according to your country's laws. bdesy does not accept registrations from minors or from countries where online gaming is prohibited. We conduct regular verification processes and may request proof of identity documents at any time. All information you provide during registration must be accurate and up to date.
Each user at bdesy may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited, and doing so will result in all accounts being suspended and winnings potentially confiscated. Your account is for personal use only and may not be given to or transferred to anyone else. It is your responsibility to keep your login information confidential and ensure account security.
Every casino and slots game at bdesy is operated using RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which ensures that all outcomes are completely random and fair. We work with internationally recognized game providers, and every game undergoes regular third-party audits. bdesy does not interfere with any game outcome, and every spin, card, or roll result is completely independent.
Each game has its own rules and payout table, which can be viewed before starting the game. Players should read and understand these rules before playing. No bet can be canceled after it is placed. If a game is interrupted due to server or technical error, bdesy will reprocess or refund that bet.
Live casino games are conducted in real-time with real dealers. In these games, the dealer's decision is final, and the result shown in the video feed will be considered the actual result. Players must behave respectfully toward dealers and other players. Any indecent, abusive, or harassing behavior will not be tolerated and may result in account suspension.
For sports betting at bdesy, we accept bets on various sports and events. Betting odds may change at any time, and the odds displayed when the bet is confirmed will apply. If an event is canceled or postponed, such bets will typically be voided and stakes returned. bdesy reserves the right to cancel any bet and suspend accounts in cases of suspected match-fixing or manipulation.
Bdesy supports various deposit methods for Bangladeshi players, including mobile banking, bank transfer, e-wallets, and cryptocurrency. All deposits are processed instantly and credited to your account. Minimum deposit amounts may vary depending on the payment method. bdesy does not charge any deposit fees, but payment providers may impose their own charges.
The payment method used to deposit must be in your own name. Using third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited, and in such cases the deposit will be refunded and the account may be suspended. If you accidentally deposit the wrong amount, contact our customer support immediately.
Bdesy offers fast and secure withdrawal services. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours. Before making your first withdrawal, you must verify your identity by submitting a copy of your national ID card, passport, or driving license. Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method used for deposit.
Minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1000, and maximum amount depends on payment method and VIP status. Funds won with bonuses must meet wagering requirements before withdrawal. bdesy reserves the right to investigate any suspicious withdrawal requests and ask for additional documents if necessary. We follow strict rules to prevent money laundering.
Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 1 hour, but during peak times or if additional verification is required, it may take up to 24 hours. Your first three withdrawals per week are completely free, after which a small processing fee may apply. VIP members enjoy unlimited free withdrawals and priority processing.
Bdesy offers various bonuses and promotions for new and existing players. Each bonus has its own rules and wagering requirements that must be read before accepting. Generally, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal. For example, a BDT 1000 bonus with 30x wagering means you need to place bets worth BDT 30,000.
Bonuses may be claimed only once per player, household, address, or device. If bonuses are abused by using multiple accounts, all bonuses and winnings will be confiscated and the account permanently closed. Each bonus has an expiry period, and if wagering is not completed within the specified time, the bonus will be forfeited. bdesy reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus at any time.
Important: Each bonus has specific terms. Read the full promotion details before accepting a bonus and understand the wagering requirements.
Protecting your bdesy account security is your responsibility. Use a strong password that combines letters, numbers, and special characters, and do not use it elsewhere. Never share your login information with anyone, not even bdesy staff. If you believe your account has been hacked or someone knows your password, change your password immediately and notify customer support.
You are responsible for all activities from your account, even if done by someone else without authorization. Always lock your device and be sure to log out after logging in on public computers.
